Lamb prices surge on supply fears (Stock & Land)

Saleyard lamb prices jumped by more than 10 per cent this week, according to Meat and Livestock Australia, which reports that continued strong overseas and local demand and fears of lower finished lamb supplies over coming months are driving prices.
